The Finnish Forest Centre\u2019s forest resource database is the largest in the world.\u00a0 Information on over 13.5 million hectares (32 million acres), covering 95% of forests in Finland.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forest owners can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>get an overview of their forests&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>see recommended forest management and felling suggestions for their forests&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>see natural sites situated in their forests&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>see information about their forests on both maps and aerial photos&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receive diverse environmental information at different map levels&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>report the sites in their forests on which they wish forest management to be outsourced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>search for foresters to do forest management work in their forests&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>share information about their forests with the operators of their choice&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forest data has been gathered in Finland for over 100 years.
